Being a patient of RA and Fibromyalgia, Megan knows firsthand the daily challenges and pain that come with chronic illness which is why she has dedicated her life to aiding others in finding support, relief, and peace. Take a moment to meditate during site construction

Find a comfortable seated position, placing your hands on your knees or in your lap if this feels natural to you, inhale deeply, lengthening the spine so it is straight, and allow your gaze to soften, even closing your eyes. Allow your breath to fill your belly as you inhale, pause, and exhale slowly, letting your thoughts come and go as please, acknowledging them as they do. Notice your breath as it begins to slow, inhale deeper, exhale slower, and focus your thoughts, inhale “I am” exhale “__”


The Goal of Yoga

The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal.

The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love, well...You.

Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow.
